The planners for Kickin’ Country Weekend (Mountain Grove, Missouri, July 2) made a big step this season and spoke for entertainers who are very popular and whose beginning lie in the Ozarks. Early ticket sales at Big Country 99.3 FM for Online ordering and a ticket outlet in West Plains are priced at $15. 
Top billing goes to Joe Nichols. At this date, the Rogers, Arkansas native has another Number One song in “Gimme That Girl.” The team at Big Country 99.3 FM are excited to be promoting this contemporary Country Sound.
Nichols began his career in 1996 and has had at least four number one hits. That’s choosing and performing good music. He’s a very busy entertainer, giving the fans their moneys worth. The Kickin’ Country Weekend show opens with Jason Plummer, another Ozarks entertainer whose career is growing by leaps and bounds. Plummer has several albums out, including my favorite, Green Broke. Plummer has his albums available at his shows.
I heard that the tickets for Joe Nichols’ concerts in Detroit Lakes in October will sell for $190.00 EACH. Joe has cut his home mountains a great deal. Following the concert, Mountain Grove will enjoy a fireworks display to celebrate Independence Day.
